We’re looking for a smart, experienced UX/UI Designer to join our small but growing team at iVantage Health Analytics. We take complex clinical data from hospitals and healthcare providers and transform it into beautiful, useful analytics for our clients. As a small team with a large footprint, we’re seeking a creative and driven individual to join our team and help lead our user experience efforts.

Day-to-day, you’ll work with a team of intelligent, experienced colleagues to support our efforts to deliver a great product and build a strong company. You’ll help create beautiful interfaces that present our wealth of operational and clinical healthcare data to our users in a compelling and actionable manner. Additionally, you’ll help us create our style guide, and set the tone and direction for our product experience. As we seek to redesign our key offerings, your energy and talent will be key in our shift towards delivering world-class guided analytics. Let’s help make healthcare data better, together.

  • 5+ years in a UX/UI role; specifically, web applications
  • A solid portfolio of work that will excite and inspire!
  • Experience in creating user flow storyboards, wireframes, information architectures and taxonomies to illustrate the overall journey
  • Ability to create high-quality visual designs from wireframes and mockups
  • Familiarity with tools such as Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Aptitude for conducting user interviews to help inform product direction and experience
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge. We don’t expect you to code, but you should be able to understand the boundaries of a web-based application
  • Be a great team member! We value strong communication skills and the ability to work in a closely-knit team setting. We’re an Agile shop and value experience in Scrum or Kanban.
